Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Carsjudge AI, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Description of Service
Carsjudge AI provides AI-powered vehicle assessment and automotive information for informational purposes only: reliability assessments, an AI agent that files documents and tracks appointments and deadlines, maintenance cost estimates, and Car Lens photo identification. All assessments and recommendations are informational only and are not professional automotive advice.
Subscription and Payment Terms
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's own refund policies; contact them directly.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. On iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. On Android or web: Manage Plan in the app, or the Stripe billing portal.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled, and prices may change with 30 days notice.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Carsjudge AI disclaims all warranties, does not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle assessments, and is not responsible for decisions made based on our assessments or recommendations. Always consult a qualified automotive professional before a purchase or repair decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time; material changes get at least 30 days notice where practical. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
